The new film, “Raquel 1:1” is an interesting foreign film that addresses feminism, faith, and personal truths.
As always I don’t like to go over plot points in my reviews, but this film has a very sure hand behind the camera in director Mariana Bastos which allows the storytelling to flow at a captivating pace.
“Raquel 1:1” is a unique film that is something that is sorely missing from today’s movie marketplace.
A worthwhile viewing.
