Is it a new beginning for EA? Nah, not really. I just have a horrible habit of not updating this blog. If you're reading this, you either met me personally, bought a prior issue, or were so bored you stumbled upon it amongst the blog abyss that is the internet.
So what's the update? Issue 4. Issue 5. After those two issues are put to bed, we'll see where things stand before I delve into Issue 6.
There are a few new writers that you may see in upcoming issues - as early as Issue 4. Finally - someone else's writing voice besides mine....well, and Asti's. It's an exciting time.
Lately I've been receiving emails about "where is the Eclectic Arts website"? That's usually followed by "I want to read some of the interviews online". Well, sorry, you're not going to read the interviews unless you buy the magazine.
The day I get EA online is the day when I have enough content to make things exclusive for the print version AND the online version, separately. An interview in the print version will not be on the website and vice versa. So, for all those that want to read my hard work for free, ain't going to happen any time soon.
Issues 1, 2, and 3 are still available in limited quantities for those interested.
Cheers!
Mark
BTW: Pick up the new Jabi Shriki release, "Puzzle Pieces" - it's his best work to date! Also see his interview in Issue 3 of EA!
